Referral Program Details

Owner's Eligibility

  1. Participation in this program is limited to vacation interval owners at a Summerwinds Resort only.
  2. Participation in the program is voluntary.
  3. Package prices are promotional offers and subject to change at developer’s discretion.
  4. Due to various real estate regulations through the United State, if your friends reside in a state where a Summerwinds Resort property is not registered, we may not be able to offer them an Owner Referral Package.
  5. Referrals will be required to attend a 90-min sales presentation as part of the discounted vacation offer. All referrals must meet the eligibility requirements of our offer to accept the invitation to attend a sales presentation.
  6. Your referrals must be pre-registered through the Summerwinds Resorts Referral Program prior to attending the sales presentation in order for you to be eligible for participation in this program.
  7. This program may be terminated or modified at any time without prior notice.
  8. Summerwinds Resorts has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel program rules, regulation and rewards at any time.
  9. This program is void where prohibited by law and where state registrations and /or licensing requirements have not been met or satisfied.
  10. Friends or Family who have toured a Summerwinds Resort under any other program do not qualify as a referral under the Owner Referral Program.
  11. The owner will qualify for rewards on referrals they submit directly to the Referral Program. Any names submitted to us by their referrals don not qualify under this program.
  12. Any referrals traveling in a group or within the same time frame will be considered one tour. The owner will receive $50.00 for all. However the owner will receive the $200.00 per customer per interval ownership if they become a new owner. Co-owners count as one.
  13. In order to receive rewards, your account must be in good standing, i.e. mortgage payment and maintenance and taxes must be current.

Terms of Participation

For each referral that purchases a vacation interval and has qualified for ownership, you will receive:

  • Referrals must be at least 25 years of age
  • Referrals must have a combined annual income of $40,000 or $35,000 retired income.
  • If married, both husband and wife must attend the 90- minute sales presentation together. They must present a valid driver’s license, passport or state approved identification and major credit card or check book for identification at check-in.
  • Referral must otherwise meet the eligibility requirements set forth from time to time by Summerwinds Resorts.
  • Referral cannot have toured the resort in the last (15) months, under any program/promotion.
  • No more than (2) referrals from the same owner on the property at the same time.
  • To qualify your referrals must be of legal age, have a combined annual income of $40,000, if married they must attend with their partner, and those who have previewed a Summerwinds Resorts in the past year are ineligible to participate. ID is required, i.e., driver’s license and a major credit card or check book. This program is subject to change without notice and is void where prohibited by law.
